DesignSpark Mechanical for Linux

You can also read this article in German here!

DesignSpark Mechanical is a free, downloadable 3D solid modeling and assembly tool developed in partnership with SpaceClaim.

This not only gives the user access to an online component library with more than 38,000 3D models, but he also has the option of acquiring additional options and functions by purchasing extensions.

And so this software is very interesting for many CAD beginners who want to quickly implement certain models with suitable dimensions.

Furthermore, DesignSpark Mechanical differs significantly from conventional CAD software through “direct modeling”.

This technology uses simple gestures to enable real-time editing and instant feedback.

Thus, the user can easily examine his ideas and product concepts.

For this reason I have also created a project for DesignSpark Mechanical on my GitHub channel so that it can also be used on various Linux distributions in the future.

If you now want to know more about the DesignSpark Mechanical for Linux project or have any further questions, then just write it down in the comments below so that other readers can benefit from it too!

Thank you for reading and have a nice day!
